Could be a winner just for the self parking idea.

the self parking feature that didnt work when it was demontrated at the show you mean.

I wish that everyone, Tesla and Nissan included would stop spending billions on the frills and gimmicks and just concentrate on the drive train and powerpacks so that we can all drive affordable and desirable low pollution vehicles.

eGolf self-parking works fine - all you have to do is sit in the car :p

Phew, thats steep no entry point pricing for us mortals, unless this is trickle down stuff to lower models. Wish they would give it a good go mind, more competition will inevitably make all EVs better, won't it?
Or is their long term strategy to sell of new ideas as they develop them to others?

Less than no interest here,it`s all about the "oil funded, cash drunk Elites",trying to put normal folks off EV`s.

Look at Toyota new joke idea for drivers who want to drive whilst asleep,

    Toyota Concept-i Rolls Into CES 2017. It's Not Your Father's Prius - Gas 2

@Hairy Leafer hits the nail square with this,

"I wish that everyone, Tesla and Nissan included would stop spending billions on the frills and gimmicks and just concentrate on the drive train and powerpacks so that we can all drive affordable and desirable low pollution vehicles."

The difference is they sat that you do not need to sit in this one. You get out at your destination and it then drives off and parks and you can set a time for it to pick you up.
